2019 Tuition & Fees

Camp Fee: The weekly camp fee covers all activities and field trips for your child for one week. This amount is $200 per child per week if prepaid by Thursday of the previous week or is $210 per child per week if paid on Monday morning for the current camp week. The camp fee is refundable if the child misses the entire week. Students removed from the program are not eligible for a refund. Payments may be made in cash, credit card, or money order.

There is a $10.00 discount for siblings from the same household. (The first child pays full price and all subsequent children receive the discount.) Each child must be escorted to the registration table by a parent or guardian to be signed in each day.

Without advanced payment, campers are not guaranteed a spot in the program for that week. Because we fill to capacity at times, and because Monday morning lines can be very long, we encourage advanced payment.

Registration Fee: The registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee per child due at the time of reservation. The reservation fee is $25 per child if paid by June 3, 2019, and $35 per child if paid after June 3, 2019.

Camp T-shirt: On field trip days and non-field trip days, campers are to wear the Summer Blast lime green t-shirt.  T- Shirts are available for purchase for $12.

Late Pickup Fee: Fees will be assessed as follows for late pickup, regardless of reason. The official program clock, an atomic clock set daily by signals from NIST, will be used to determine the  time of pickup. If child is picked up between:

  • 6:00 - 6:10...$10 per child per occurrence

  • 6:11 - 6:20...$20 per child per occurrence

  • 6:21 - 6:30...$30 per child per occurrence

  • 6:31 - 6:40...$40 per child per occurrence

  • 6:41 - 6:50...$50 per child per occurrence

  • 6:51 - 6:59...$60 per child per occurrence

  • 7:00 and after... $60, plus $2 per minute for each additional minute after 7:00 pm, per child per occurrence.

Should children be left after 7:30 pm without notification from the parent, the Baltimore County Police Department will be notified. Please note that parents who pick up children later than 6:30 pm on more than two (2) occasions may be subject to dismissal from the program for the season.

Weather related school delays and school closings policy:

Arlington Baptist School will follow the Baltimore County School System for weather-related school closings, late openings, and early closings.  If the Baltimore County Schools are opening late due to inclement weather, then ABS will be opening late as well.  You will be able to get this information on WJZ Channel 13, WBAL Channel 11, and through parent email or text.
