Each comes from diverse backgrounds with degrees from various Christian colleges and secular universities. Several faculty members have earned advanced degrees, and others are continuing their education to obtain advanced degrees.
To encourage excellent classroom performance, the faculty attends professional workshops and conferences yearly.
